All rates include GST.

Rates apply to five night bookings except over New Year and during the September school holidays, during which time seven nights apply.

To Make a Reservation:

  1. Call for availability and a quote.
  2. Place a hold for tentative dates.
  3. A $600 deposit is required to confirm. If you cancel before 60 days of the charter, a $110 administration fee applies.
  4. The balance of the charter fee is due 60 days prior to your charter commencement. It is non-refundable at this time.

Security Bond

The security bond is normally taken as a pre-authorization on your credit card on the day of departure. If you wish to pay by any other means, you will need to make arrangements well in advance. Rental vehicle/boat insurance excess (the security bond) is covered under the online Travel Insurance policies.

Comprehensive Pre Charter Briefing

Before you depart, our experienced staff will go over the cruising area, the radio procedures, the weather and resort facilities. We will also cover all the onboard systems and operational aspects of your vessel. Your contract charter starts at midday. (We can often arrange your briefing as early as 8AM). Your charter ends at 11AM on the last day (10AM if dropping the boat at Hamilton Island). Please confirm your briefing time before arrival.

Charter Costs Include:

  1. Bathroom amenities with linen, towels & blankets.
  2. Cooking facilities with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
  3. Staples kit. (cleaning supplies toilet paper etc)
  4. GPS, Charts & Books.
  5. Safety and navigation equipment VHF radio.
  6. Electric anchor winch.
  7. Cockpit bimini/sun-awning.
  8. Rigid inflatable dinghy with 6HP outboard motor.
  9. Snorkelling gear.
  10. AM/FM/CD Player.
  11. Refrigeration.
  12. Gas BBQ.
  13. 12v outlet for mobile phones.
  14. 240 volt inverter.
  15. A comprehensive Pre Charter Briefing.

Charter Costs Do Not Include:

  1. Any diesel, outboard fuel, or cooking gas used.
  2. Fishing Equipment.
  3. Reef Tax of $20. (Environmental management charge of $15 and a $5.00 admin fee)

  7. DVD movies for those vessels that have a DVD player.
  8. A sense of adventure.

What Not to Bring :

  1. Hard suitcases and luggage.
